Daniel Smith

Daniel is a proud Austinite. He left Austin to attend the University of California Santa Barbara, and then taught English for a year in Granada, Spain before returning home to attend the University of Texas School of Law. His last year of law school he attended University of Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain where he received a L.L.M. and drafted a thesis on the differences in consumer arbitration in the E.U and the United States.

A Texas native, Alberto de la Torre studied political science at St. Edward’s University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. During this time, he was selected for the Thomas M. Keel Scholarship, which placed him with the Texas Legislative Budget Board, and the Moreno Rangel Scholarship, where he served as a legislative aide during the 80th Texas Legislative Session.
Prior to joining the Law Office of Joel A. Levine, Mr. de la Torre practiced Social Security Disability Law succeeding in hundreds of claims all over Texas.

David C. Wenholz

Adrian Sepulveda

Adrian is a life-long Texan originally from South Texas. He attended the University of Texas—Pan American, where he lettered in cross country and track and field and obtained a BS Chemistry. Adrian then worked as a chemist and continued graduate studies in chemistry before attending the University of Texas School of Law. After obtaining his Juris Doctorate, Adrian worked as a litigation attorney with the Office of the Texas Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division. There, he fought to protect consumer’s rights against corporations and businesses engaging in deceptive trade practices.
